Once this has been received our travel nurse will complete a risk assessment on what is required and will contact you by text. There may be a fee of £30 depending on what vaccinations are required. You will be informed of these when the nurse texts you. If you need a Yellow Fever vaccine there is an additional charge of £80 for this.

It is important to start this process as early as possible to allow time for review of your questionnaire, to order any vaccines required and to arrange an appointment to administer the vaccines. You should have your vaccinations at least two weeks before you travel to allow them time to work.

Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription, and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.
